Does this game support in Chinese?
Unfortunately the Itch titles only contain English. The Steam version of this game would have all languages.
I prefer buying games on DRM-free retailers.
Would you consider that release Chinese version here or other retailers such as, JAST, gog?
It will be okay for me that the price is higher than Steam if Chinese version could be released on DRM-free retailers.

y yo puedo entrar en ese editor de juegos miel? yo se manejar el rpg maker mz muy bien, ya he hecho muchos varios juegos con ese motor
Sadly the 'sexy scenes' are not animated. Everything is still images. The voice over is a nice touch though.

One issue I have seen so far. When Shellis switches and wears the lewd underwear, it shows for a second when the scene changes and she stands, then she is nude again, though it shows up again later.
Are the in-game illustrations uncensored ?
The illustrations are censored in the game.
